1.The machine configuration system is imported from the international high-end. Such as, the hydraulic system adopts the hydraulic valve and oil pump of Japanese Yuken; the frequency conversion motor adopts Siemens of Germany, power saving and low noise; the electronic system uses Schneider of France; The control system uses Omron of Japan; the pneumatic system adopts Airtac of Taiwan; The utility model has the advantages of high automation degree, accurate casting size, convenient and stable lower core, high effective utilization ratio of the double-sided template, small occupied area, and no prominent advantages such as pits.


2. The fuselage is welded with national standard Q235B. Wear resistant parts are 45#, which are made in strict accordance with the process heat treatment. The interior of the sand box is coated with polyurethane, which greatly improves the service life of the sand box.


3. The weldment is subject to tempering stress relief treatment to improve the fatigue strength and stability. The parts of the equipment are treated by tempering, carburizing, pickling, phosphating, chromium plating, rust prevention, anti-corrosion, grinding and other processes to improve the service life of the equipment.
