The process and equipment selection of this system is very mature. The equipment in the system is the main equipment of the company that has been actually used. It instructs me to develop new products and new applications in the system:
1. Selectively obtain S528IV regeneration repeater, which is a centrifugal flour type regenerator. At the same time, reduce the amount of resin curing agent added to improve the performance and air permeability of the molding sand. The used sand is reduced by regenerating and hot burning, the thermal stability is improved, and the volume is reduced, which can increase the quality of castings and reduce the scrap rate. After the sand is regenerated, it can replace the new sand, so that the new sand can be added in a large amount, which can save the use of new sand, turn the old sand into waste, and protect the storage. The two regenerative machines adopt two-stage mechanical centrifugal type, and the two-stage wind reduces the regeneration. This type of regeneration is the fourth generation product developed by our company (first generation: blade turntable, second generation: pneumatic regeneration, third generation: turntable, The fourth generation: centrifugal friction type), integrating regeneration and winnowing equipment, the best simultaneous regeneration equipment. It has the advantages of uniform regeneration, high threshing rate, and sand grains tend to have good grain shape, etc., and also reduces equipment investment. 2. Choose different S25 series continuous sand mixers. This type of equipment is the introduction of Italian and German technology, combined with actual production needs. This type of equipment needs functions. This function can be adjusted and selected according to the characteristics of resin sand technology. The sand mixer is mainly composed of a sand mixer, a liquid material system, an electric control system, and a gas-liquid pump delivery pump. The solidifying agent liquid conveys and utilizes conveying, all adopt frequency conversion and stepless adjustment, so that the sand mixer can be used efficiently. The PLC machine is adopted, and the remaining electrical components are made of domestic famous brand manufacturers, with improved chain protection, thus ensuring the stability of the equipment, precision control, and improving the service life. 2. Equipment characteristics and principles
The complete set of equipment for resin self-hardening sand mainly includes sand mixing system and old sand regeneration system. Sand mixing is mainly sand mixer. Most of the used sand regeneration system includes sand block crushing, screening, magnetic separation, and used sand regeneration. In order to meet the requirements of sand particles and the needs of fine powder separation, the resin sand production line must also have good ventilation devices.
Old sand regeneration solves the problem of old sand use, saving, manpower, material resources, and protecting the environment. It is to add the regenerated adsorbent to the adsorbent, mainly to remove the regenerated membrane (that is, absorb the regenerant membrane).
