The significance of the resin sand recycling line:
(1) A large amount of environmental pollution caused by the removal of waste sand can be reduced, so that more than 90% of the waste sand can be renewed and reused. (2) Due to the smooth surface of the renewal sand particles, uniform particle size distribution, and less micro-powder, it can save more than 20% of expensive resin. (3) The renewal sand has good thermal stability, low thermal expansion, stable chemical properties, reduced acid consumption value, and easy control of resin sand performance, which is beneficial to improve the quality of castings, reduce veining, mechanical sand sticking and other defects.

1. The characteristics of furan self-hardening resin sand:
1. The mold (core) has high strength and good collapsibility, which can ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the casting.
2, Good fluidity, can improve the filling of the mold (core), improve the quality and labor productivity of the mold (core), and reduce the labor intensity of the workers.
3. Save energy consumption. The mold (core) only needs to be baked to meet the pouring requirements.
4. The old sand can be renewed and reused, which can further reduce the cost.
