Application of four processes in casting workshop

Green sand casting process is to use a complete set of sand treatment equipment to treat the molding sand with bentonite, high-efficiency pulverized coal and other additives to meet the indexes of certain moisture, compactness, air permeability, hot and wet tensile strength, and then use automatic molding equipment to form and cast the required castings


The casting process of coated sand is to take high-quality selected natural quartz sand as the raw sand, thermoplastic phenolic resin, urotropine and reinforcing agent as the raw materials, form raw sand into peritoneum, heat the shell by shell core machine, and then cast into castings.

Furan resin sand technology is widely used in modern casting production. Resin sand has high strength after hardening, which is especially suitable for machine modeling and can produce complex and thin-walled castings. The disadvantage of resin sand is that the binder is expensive and pollutes the air.
