The pellet supply system adopts special air-controlled pellet supply gate valve and workpiece photoelectric detection to avoid empty throwing of pellets. The system adopts three-stage pulse filter cartridge dust collector + cyclone body + settling chamber, which has excellent dust removal effect. The drive head wheel adopts a ratchet pawl mechanism to avoid reverse rotation, and the transmission motor adopts a brake motor to prevent reverse rotation, which improves the ease of anti-reverse rotation. The variable pitch separator is controlled by a double-cylinder plus a rotary material level gauge, and the curtain is automatically adjusted according to the projectile condition to achieve the function of a full curtain flow curtain.
There is an upper and lower material level gauge in the top silo of the finishing room of the steel structure shot blasting machine to actively detect the amount of projectiles. The lower part of the elevator is provided with a pill filling hopper and a pneumatic gate, which is combined with the material level gauge in the upper silo to control the pill filling.
