Automatic molding machine installation and debugging matters needing attention
1. When the molding machine arrives at the customer''s site, first confirm whether the appearance is damaged and whether the molding machine is damaged due to transportation or lifting;
2. Confirm that the molding machine base is firmly contacted with the foundation, the equipment is leveled, and the base shall not be suspended;
3. The traveling frame of the middle box moves steadily without obvious shaking and interference. There is no gap and inclination in the closing box, no inclination in the demoulding (four rollers contact the guide rail at the same time and the template is horizontal), no interference (four rollers do not contact the guide rail at the edges);
4. After all single manual actions are normal, one button box and one button reset actions can be carried out. All proximity switches and magnetic switches are in accurate positions without looseness. A bonding box ensures that the sand shooting hole is aligned with the sand inlet of the sand box (one upper box and one lower box);
5. Check whether the lubricating pump works normally after setting;
6. Check whether the upper box heating is normal after setting;
7. Check whether the air conditioner works normally after setting;
8. During modeling test, observe whether the sealing ring is sealed and whether the level gauge is accurate;
9. After modeling and testing, check whether all bolts and nuts are loose and tighten them, and check whether line joints and pipelines are loose and tighten them;
10. The molding machine is debugged and fixed.
