1. Untrained personnel are not allowed to operate the equipment.
2. The operator shall wear clothes suitable for operation, and shall not wear articles that are easily entangled on the machine or entangled in the machine.
3. The workplace must be kept bright, and it is forbidden to operate in dim light.
4. Before operation, check the equipment to ensure safety, otherwise it is not allowed to operate.
5. It is forbidden to touch the moving parts in operation.
6. After the template is replaced, the gate bar position must be checked, and the upper and lower compaction protection limit positions must be adjusted before the equipment can operate.
7. After each shift, clean the piston rod, guide rod, etc. in the molding machine to ensure that there is no sand attached, so as to avoid a large amount of sand accumulation, causing failures.
8. The centralized lubricating pump shall be filled with proper amount of lubricating oil, and the lubricating oil shall be supplemented when the liquid level is low.
9. Add proper amount of oil to the oil atomizer, and replenish lubricating oil when the liquid level is low.
10. Air source drainage shall be conducted once per shift.
11. Add a proper amount of hydraulic oil and replace it once a year. If the oil turns black, smelly or milky white, change the oil immediately.
