Introduction to resin sand production line

matters needing attention:
1. The temperature of molding sand is too high, especially in summer. The temperature of molding sand is very high after unpacking. Some of them are still hot and difficult to cool. The specific solution is to purchase more molding sand for one day, add a large sand cooling sand warehouse, and do not rely too much on physical cooling, because the temperature of newly unpacked molding sand is mostly 5-600 ℃, It takes some time to lower the temperature when entering the cold storage, so it must be naturally cooled to a certain extent before it can be used. The cooling system only serves as an auxiliary function to speed up the cooling.
2. There is too much molding sand dust, and most of the equipment dust removal systems produced by the company are unreasonable. The dust remover is too small, and the suction pipe is too small, which leads to unclean molding sand treatment.
3. In case of improper operation, the proportion of resin, curing agent and molding sand is not strictly controlled, PLC automatic control program is adopted to strictly control the proportion of molding sand, resin and curing agent.
Sand mixing operation process
1. During startup and shutdown, the materials from the head and tail can not be used as face sand, but can be mixed into the core as filler.
2 For larger cores, solid sand blocks can be used as fillers to enhance permeability and save sand.
The air outlet of the 3 type core can be done by means of piercing the air hole, leaving the air passage, winding nylon vent rope or iron filings on the core bone, etc.
4 For sand mold with high straight gate, refractory pipes and refractory bricks shall be used in the pouring system to improve the erosion resistance of the mold.
5 After the sand mold and core box are filled with sand, they should be scraped and air holes should be pierced in time.
6 The mold lifting time of resin sand depends on the specific process conditions, generally 20~60 minutes. The mold lifting time of large parts such as the body and cylinder block can be appropriately extended.
7 The resin sand core can be painted one hour after the mold is lifted. For the drying process of water-based coating, refer to the Drying Process Code. Alcohol based coating shall be used. Large parts shall be properly baked with gas after the coating is ignited and dried to ensure thorough drying.
8 If the resin sand mold and core are damaged, they should be repaired with adhesive or dowel nails should be filled with resin sand and then polished after curing.
9. After the core is lifted, it can be poured after 6 hours to reach a certain strength.
10 The mixing tank and blades must be cleaned after each work shift.
11 Irregularly check whether the sand mixing equipment is accurate.
