Resin sand mixer
一、 Structural features of sand mixer:
The resin sand mixer is mainly composed of a low-speed conveying agitating cage, a high-speed mixing agitating cage, a base, a sand hopper, a liquid material conveying system, a gas pipeline system, an electric control operating system and a sand quantitative system. The key components are a high-speed mixing agitating cage shell that can be opened in all directions to facilitate cleaning. The surface of the sand mixing cutter is welded with wear-resistant materials, and the arrangement of the sand mixing cutter has a certain angle. In case of any change in the use process, the machine should be stopped to adjust the angle. Since the resin sand mixer uses curing agent as hardener, and the curing agent is a weak acid with certain corrosivity, pay attention to take protective measures during the addition process. The metering pump of resin sand mixer used for conveying curing agent also requires strong corrosion resistance. It is recommended to select the mechanical diaphragm pump imported from Italy OBL.
二.Main features:
1. Double-arm continuous resin (sand) mixer is a single sand and single mixer. This machine is composed of a primary conveying stirrer and a secondary mixing stirrer. The conveying agitating cage is transported at low speed, and the sand mixing agitating cage is mixed at high speed.
2. The sand mixing cage is fully open. The cemented carbide welded on the sand mixing blade has a service life of more than 2000 hours.
3. The liquid material is transported by the mechanical diaphragm metering pump imported from Italy to transport the curing agent (curing agent pump), and the gear pump (equipped with stepless variable speed motor) to transport the resin. The imported gear pump can also be selected for transportation according to the user''s requirements.
4. The mixed molding sand head and tailings are very small. The electrical control system is controlled by imported PLC to ensure 100% operation rate of the machine.
5. The liquid material delivery valve (commonly known as the near-end control valve) can be a corrosion-resistant liquid material reversing valve (return valve). This valve can stop the pump without stopping. When the sand mixer is working, the valve is in the working position, when it is not working, it is turned to the return position, and then it is turned to the working position, which solves the problem of too much sand at the head and tail when the pump is frequently started. The liquid material is sprayed into a fan-shaped fog-shaped belt with the help of compressed air, which makes it easier for the binder to mix with the sand quickly and evenly. The blowback liquid material valve with blowback function can also be selected.
三、 Solution to common problems in the use of resin sand mixer
1> Small sand production
1. Check whether there is sand in the sand silo (there is a sand shortage alarm device on the main electric control cabinet panel).
2. Recheck the sand output of the sand mixer (refer to the operating instructions of the sand mixer manual).
3. The blades of the sand mixer are severely worn, so the height of the seriously worn blades shall be adjusted or replaced with new blades.
4. The mixing cage of the sand mixer has not been cleaned for a long time, resulting in residual sand agglomeration, small mixing space and small sand production during sand mixing.
