Foundry casting iron ladle . iron ladle. Tea pot iron ladle
一、 The use of molten iron ladle
Iron ladle, widely used in casting industry workshop pouring operations; After receiving the molten iron in front of the furnace, it is transported by a crane to the casting site for pouring.
二、 Structural characteristics of molten iron ladle
1. The molten iron ladle adopts a double worm gear pair transmission, which is flexible and free in transmission, and has good bidirectional reversibility
2. The rotating center of the molten iron ladle is reasonably selected, making it easy to operate. After pouring, it can be remade on its own
3. The suspension rod of the molten iron ladle is made of forgings, which is more reliable and safe than steel plate welding parts
4. The steel plate of the molten iron ladle is relatively thick, and the ladle bottom adopts a triple safety structure that combines taper, bottom hoop, and welding, extending its service life and ensuring the safety of the operator.
5. The main body of the molten iron ladle, the suspension rod, the gearbox, and the handwheel are all equipped with chain clamping plates that can be locked at any time.
6. Two trunnions and suspension rods are equipped with self-aligning bearings for good consistency
三、 Maintenance and Use of Iron Ladle Manufacturers
1. Detect the thickness of refractory clay;
2. Check the handwheel to ensure it is free from movement and jamming
3. Apply Molybdenum disulfide grease to the rolling bearings of two trunnions once a week
4. Check if the handwheel locking clamp is safe and reliable
5. Check for oil shortage in the gearbox once a week
6. If the clearance between the worm gear pair increases after prolonged use, which hinders safe pouring, the worm gear pair should be replaced in a timely manner.
