1. Working principle of shot blasting equipment

 

The shot material after mechanical acceleration, driven by the shot blasting wheel, impacts the surface to be treated at a high speed, rebounds to the high-pressure chamber after hitting the surface, and enters the airflow separation system. Here, dust and other impurities are separated, and clean shot material and a small amount of dust return to the shot material storage box and enter the shot blasting room for recycling.

 

Shot blasting equipment is a closed loop downward throwing equipment specifically designed to treat horizontal surfaces.

 

The matching vacuum cleaner must be used simultaneously with the shot blasting machine to ensure the separation of dust in the shot material.

 

2. Sealing of pellets

 

The magnetic strip is installed in the front and side of the shot blasting opening, with the outer skin surrounding the sealing strip, and the rear part is covered with a rear sealing plate on the ground.

 

The function of the sealing device is to seal the shot blasting area and prevent the shot material from flying out. It is very important to adjust the distance between the magnetic strip and the ground (height 8-10mm), which can be adjusted through the bolts on the rear wheel of the machine and the bolts on the drive system.

 

For normal use of the equipment, please use pellets with a diameter of 1.2-1.5mm and regularly maintain the equipment.

 

3. Pellet separation system

 

The shot material separation system is installed at the end of the rebound chamber, which separates the shot material from dust. The clean pellets enter the storage chamber and continue to circulate.

 

The mesh screen can prevent large impurities from entering the shot blasting wheel and can be pulled out from the side for cleaning.

 

4. Shot blasting wheel

 

The shot blasting wheel is the core component of the shot blasting machine. The shot material is ejected by centrifugal force to strike the treated surface. The shot blasting wheel is installed in the shot blasting room with a replaceable protective lining plate, and is driven by the shot blasting motor.

 

At the center of the shot blasting wheel is the distribution wheel (4 columns), which distributes the shot material entering the blades. At the top is the directional sleeve, which needs to be carefully installed to control the direction of shot material ejection.
