This roller conveyor shot blasting machine is used for surface treatment of steel plates, steel profiles, steel pipes, steel rods, steel structure and other workpieces with features of extensive use of cleaning varieties, it with good effect, simple operation and saving labor. Environmental protection and other indicators all meet the national standard, especially suitable for continuous operation.
The main principle of the roller shot blasting machine is that the delivery system will transfer the workpiece to the closed blast cleaning chamber through a roller conveyor, the high-speed rotation impeller blades will accelerate the shots thrown to the surface of the workpiece to have removed the rust, oxide skin and dirt of the workpiece.
The high strength roller brush, shots receiving spiral, and high-pressure blowpipe will clean up the dust and shots on the surface of the work part, then sent out them through the roller conveyor to finish the cleaning and strengthening of the work part. The roller conveyor blast machine will eliminate the stress, improve the surface finish quality and anti-corrosion performance of the steel structure and steel.
