Application scope

Pneumatic conveying is a method of using airflow to transport materials in pipelines; the main action is to send the materials into the transmitter, use compressed air and nozzles in the air supply pipe to form a vortex of the airflow and materials, and then pass the conveying pipeline to the storage bin .
Features of this device:
1. Long-distance conveying is possible, and the conveying and unloading point can be freely selected through the fork and the middle unloader. One transmitter can be sent to multiple discharge points; multiple transmitters can be sent to a single discharge point.
2. Material stone pine can be carried out through the transmitter, conveying pipe, supercharger fork, and discharge ball valve. The conveying pipe can be fixed along the column of the factory building, which can effectively use the space, occupy a small area and easy to arrange;
3. Fully automatic control is realized from the transmitter loading to the storage bin, saving labor;
4. Air and materials are suspended in the pipeline and conveyed at a low speed, so the conveying pipe has no wear, and the materials generally will not be broken or deformed;
5. Because of the low-speed dense-phase conveying, the inlet is sealed, and the discharge point is equipped with a bag filter. The whole set of equipment has good sealing performance and no leakage of dust, which is beneficial to the environmental protection of the workshop.
