S83 series Double disk stirring cooling machine 

This machine is mainly used for the cooling of clay sand. Sufficient movement makes the temperature, humidity and composition of the old sand uniform, and completes the premix while cooling.

The machine has compact structure and smooth movement.
The reverse rotating cross head drives ten scraping plates to mix materials evenly. The high pressure blast keeps the old sand in boiling state to achieve the best cooling effect. The opening of discharge door is adjustable.

A used sand cooling unit is formed with used sand automatic humidification system, blower, induced draft fan, etc., with ideal cooling effect.
